Name Reservation New Guidelines W.e.f. :- 26 th January, 2021 Rule: - Companies Incorporation (Third) Amendment Rules, 2020 Rule 9A :- Extension of name reservation in certain cases Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended days of name reservation upon payment of stipulated fees. I have tabulated the same for your better reference.
