Every User has to create his/her id on the portal and have to register DSC through their respective login E-MOA and E-AOA is added for Section 8 Company. E-Form DIR-2 is added. Most of Physical Form has been removed. NIC Code 2008 needs to be provided for Object in V3. E-MOA is added in Form MGT-14 in Changing Registered Office from one state to another Memorandum of Association Section Pertaining to IBC added in Form MGT-14. Photograph of Registered Office is added in Form INC 20-A (For Commencement of Business). Form INC-22 cannot be filed if your any Form is pending for approval ( in case of change in registered office/state). Type of Security to be allotted, Type of issue (Right issue/ Private Placement) is added in Form PAS-3. List of allottee in included in the Form itself instead of separate attachment. One declarati...
